The Canada Disability Benefit Regulations establish a new federal income-tested benefit of up to $2,400 per year ($200/month) for working-age Canadians (18–64) with severe and prolonged disabilities, as determined by Disability Tax Credit eligibility, with payments beginning July 2025.
