What the dots are
- Canada, the country. Everything hangs off it.
- Jurisdictions: Parliament and the provincial and territorial legislatures. Click one to open its Acts and bills.
- Acts, the consolidated federal statutes. Bigger dots have more attached to them.
- Regulations hang off the Act they are made under.
- Proposed regulations from the Canada Gazette, not yet in force.
- Bills before Parliament or a legislature, attached to the Acts they would amend or enact, or beside their jurisdiction until linked.
- Statutes, the chapters a bill becomes, drawn square beside the Acts they amended.
How to use it

Federal Acts and regulations come from Justice Laws, consolidated to …; bills from LEGISinfo and the provincial legislatures; proposed regulations from the Canada Gazette. Provincial Acts and regulations are not on the map yet.
