Schools with multiple campuses may need to register each location separately. Operators who hire outside recruiters or marketing firms to attract students will face new regulatory requirements around those arrangements. All schools, whether owner-operated or running a team of instructors, will be required to contribute to a new Student Protection Fund and enter into compliant student contracts before training begins, adding ongoing financial and administrative obligations.
